Nursing visits are one of our most notable service as we include our specialized assessment, teaching, treatment, and evaluation which includes an extensive head to toe assessment, home safety evaluation, wound and diabetic care, pyschiatric assessment, care for surgical dressing, ostomy care, home oxygen therapy, ambulation aides, etc. 

 

Home Health Aide

Our home health aide is a certified and educated individual who assists your loved one during recovery periods and with personal care services. Each aide, male or female, is assigned after the initial nursing assesment, which helps to ensure that each aide is qualified for the services that the client will need. Routine supervision of the care provided is our standard practice to ensure that each client will work towards reaching goals of maintaining independence, safety and diginity.

 

Specialist Services

Edihumble HH provides social workers who provide our clients and their families with the psychosocial support needed to cope with chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses. Services include providing education and counseling and making referrals for other specialty services. Our social workers are known to go above and beyond to address barriers to access to healthcare.
